"I love this question because it's hard to answer. I tend to prioritize blinkies that I find to be 'high risk'. This means it's from a really old or niche site that could disappear any day now. Even sites on the Wayback Machine aren't safe! (Magoo Layout, anyone? That's how I learned that lesson...) So, the order I add these is a mix of those options above. BUT! I have good news for you all! If lost media blinkies are what you're after, then you should know that I have a blog dedicated to archiving blinkies from defunct Tumblr accounts! This blog is a huge reason I don't rush to upload lost media blinkies that much. It's because most of them I know are already safe and sound on that blog!
