To-do List

Goals for version 1.0.0:

-Rewrite code for all blinkies so they all have dropdown menus.
-Have at least 300 blinkies of each color.
-Make every category page and aesthetic page public.
-Create a guestbook page.
-Create and add all navigation blinkies.

Goals for site as a whole:

-Make sure that all resources are credited.
-Add all blinkies in the queue to the site.
-Gather and link more blinkie related sites to the homepage.
-Create a webring for blinkie fans.
-Update with new blinkies every week.
-Create a sitemap page.
-Create a directory for blinkie tutorials.
-Add code for people to copy and paste the site's linkies onto their own sites.
-Add things to the to-do list that I am forgetting right now.
